As an independent family medicine practice focused on delivering comprehensive, patient-centered care, the clinic sought to modernize its brand and create a more cohesive patient experience. Working as part of a collaborative rebranding team, I helped reimagine the organization from the ground up by developing a refreshed visual identity, defining brand tone and messaging, curating photography, and establishing a cohesive color palette. The rebrand was implemented across multiple touchpoints, including the website, logo system, printed collateral, brochures, newsletters, environmental graphics, and exterior signage, creating a consistent and approachable brand presence that better reflected the clinic's mission and values.
